Steel Tank Construction

Bolted sectionalsteel tanks are a quick and efficient way of storing liquid products.

We use both Mechanical and Hydraulic jacking systems to ensure a quick and safe installation of any size silo, always working at ground level.

Tank wall panels are assembled at ground level to form a ring and then vertically lifted using proprietary motorised Jacks.

The next wall ring is assembled beneath this upper raised ring. This process is repeated until the silo is at its required height.

If the tank has a roof cover, this would be assembled at low level and Jacked up with the tank.
