Concrete Tank Construction

The concrete tank is built by erecting inner and outer steel shuttering pans.

The inner pans of which the steelwork is formed can be adjusted to accommodate almost any diameter of silo.

Once the inner and outer panels are built and the reinforcing mesh is tied into position, concrete is poured between the panels.

This process is repeated until the height of the silo is reached.

Once the final pour of concrete is finished, the steel shuttering pans are dismantled from the top down, then packed and loaded ready for use on the next project.
